It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karon L. Rasmussen of Champaign, Illinois, born in Rantoul, Illinois, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Evan Nels and Doris Gwendolyn Rodgers Rasmussen; her siblings, Robert "Bob" Rasmussen (Carol) of Champaign and JoAnn Munnis of Rantoul; and her nieces and nephews, William Evan Munnis of Champaign, Linda Munnis Daniels, Laura Munnis Brandt of Rantoul, Robert Rasmussen II of Champaign, Julie Rasmussen of Charlotte, Joni Rasmussen and William Rasmussen. She was also cherished by nine great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Champaign County Humane Society or Carle Hospice.
