She was predeceased by: her father Russell Evans; and her stepfather Dr. John Stanley. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Rollins; her husband Kent Weber; her children, Kirby (Kyle Mitchem) and Kory; her grandchildren, Kendall and Kyler Mitchem; her sister Karen Estes; and her stepsisters, Janelle Monney and Lori Foster.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorials may be made in Kay's name to the Champaign County Humane Society.
