He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Johnson and Peggy Johnson; and his brother Michael Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Johnson (Lemon); his son Brad Johnson (Jess); his stepdaughters, Dawn Jacob and Danielle Truitt; his grandchildren, Kyle Johnson, Quinten Truitt and Makenzie Patterson; and his siblings, Tom Johnson and Elizabeth "Beth" DuFrane.
