She was predeceased by: her aunt Janet L. Jefferson; her grandfather Edward J. Jefferson; and her stepgrandfather Nathaniel Ceasar. She is survived by: her parents, Carrie J. Starks of Champaign and Kenneth Williams of Memphis, Tennessee.; her daughters, Ciara Starks and Mia Duncan; her siblings, Kenjee Delaney, Kenneth Williams Jr., Gary Williams and Antonio Bigham; her grandmother Lulu H. Ceasar of Champaign, Illinois; her uncle Marion W. Starks Jr. (Camille) of Tampa, Florida; and her aunt Kyra M. Nixon (Timothy) of Rantoul, Illinois. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory (2480 Macland Rd, Marietta, GA 30064). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
