He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moore and Majoria Maines (Jefferson); and his children, Patrick Henry Moore II and Patricia Moore. He is survived by: his children, Jodi Heck (Todd) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Marcius Moore of Champaign and Dr. Justin Moore of Flossmoor; his grandchildren, Evan Petty of Chicago, Kaden Heck and McKenna Heck of Bozeman, MT.; and his siblings, Mary Moore, Georgette Jelks, Joanne Maines, Sherry Maines, Helen Maines, Barbara Sosa, Stephanie Maines, Jeff Maines and Mike Maines.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church (501 N Sycamore St, Centralia, IL 62801).
