He was predeceased by : his son Todd Alan Dalton; his parents, Walker Dalton and Louise Dalton; and his brothers, Robert and Russell Dalton.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy Dalton.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Home (101 N Elm St, Champaign, IL 61820). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Unity Baptist Church (404 S Duncan Rd, Champaign, IL 61821).
