He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Ramsburg and Ethel Mae Ramsburg; his stepfather Clyde; and his brothers, Jerry and Ricky.
He is survived by : his wife Annette S. Ramsburg (Robison); his son Todd Ramsburg (Dawn) of Alexandria, Virginia; his granddaughter Madeleine Ramsburg; and his siblings, Donnie Lawson of New London, Patsy Pratt of Walkersville, Kim Lawson of Jefferson and Gina Bowers of Hagerstown, Maryland..
Memorial donations may be made in Tom's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
