Smith (Ola); his children, Dawn Cross (Martin), Lara Christensen and Thomas Smith Jr.; his grandchildren, Caitlin Cross, Gentre Ross, Aneesa Nelsen, Clayton Nelsen and Anna Smith; and his great grandchild Kailynn.
