He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. and Rose Hund (Rizzo); and his siblings, Charles F. Hund and Rosalie Franzen. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Stolfa); his children, Anita Hund (Ross Wantland), Thomas J. (Keila Naparstek Hund), Regina Hund (Amy Sellers) and Stephen Hund (Natalie Moretti); and his grandsons, Arthur Lev Hund, Gabriel Eitan Hund and Anthony Darrell Wantland.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory may be made to 4 Paws For Ability or the Davis Heart and Lung Research Fund at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
