It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Otto Kloepping of Chana, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kloepping and Luella Kloepping (Dreibelbis). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wieck; his sons, Chris (Keri) of Gilbert, Tim (Andrea) of Murphy and Jason of Chana; his grandchildren, Emma, Elijah, Payton and Aubrey; and his siblings, Elizabeth, Patricia, Annette and William. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Jim's memory to the Chana United Methodist Church or the Ashton Lions Club.
