He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Carlock and Beulah Carlock; and his sisters, Gwen Dirks and Peggy Culp. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Carlock of Chandlerville; his stepson Cameron McNeal (Donna); his daughter Toni Carlock; his grandchildren, Michael McNeal (Cheyene) and Morgan Szerletich (Joseph); his great grandchild Gracie Szerletich; his stepgreat-grandsons, Micheal Mulford and Cayden Mulford; and his brothers, Carroll Carlock Jr. (Mary), Thomas Carlock (Joyce) and Greg Carlock (Betty) of Chandlerville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
