She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Margery Ellen Logue (Hixon); her in-laws, Hank and Vivian Richard; her daughter Kara; her son-in-law Joe Leinberger; her grandson Trent Taylor; and her siblings, Bill, Donna, Darlene and Dianna.

She is survived by: her husband Johnny Benjamin Chesser; her daughters, Johnna Snyder (Rocky), Shelly Taylor (Rod), Della Leinberger (Jim Hughes) and Holly Force; her grandchildren, Lonergan, Sawyer Snyder (Becca), Tanner Force (Nicole), Ellen Force, Kaylee Leinberger and Lucas Leinberger; her sister Emma Jean Schappaugh of Manito; and her sisters-in-law, Trudy Williams and Karen Spears (Jim). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Margaret's name to Cass-Schuyler Hospice or Chandlerville American Legion Auxiliary.
