Esther C. Lopez Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Esther C. Lopez of Channahon, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Tapia (Adame) and Gilberto Tapia; her husband Martin M. Lopez; and her siblings, Bertha Tapia-Adame (late Juan), Lilia Tapia-Adame (late Crispin), Gilberto Tapia-Adame (late Blanca) and Christina Tapia-Adame.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth I. Lopez (Guadalupe), Jacqueline Procyk, James R. (Yolanda), Wayne (Carolina), Michael Lopez (Viviana) and Maya Pucel (Scott); and her siblings, Jesus Tapia-Adame (Anita), Celia Tapia-Adame and Guadalupe De La Cruz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
