She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Tkaczyk and Joseph Tkaczyk; her husband John Gordan; her daughter Maria Gordan; and her brothers, Bernie Tkaczyk, Bobby Tkaczyk and Raymond Tkaczyk.
She is survived by: her sons, John Gordan II (Genevieve), Shane Gordan (Cori) and Joel Gordan (Michelle); her grandchildren, Sophie Hristov (Dan), John Gordan III, Lorraine, Joseph, Peter, Ben Gordan, Teal Gordan, Christina, Paul, Cecilia, Irena, Thomas, Michael, Marcus, Simon and Matthew Gordan; her great grandchild Arthur Hristov; and her sisters, Dorothy Nonnie (Gene) and Betty Lindsay (late Ron). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (416 N Chicago St, Joliet, IL 60432). A requiem service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Joliet (416 N Chicago St, Joliet, IL 60432). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Resurrection Cemetery (200 W Romeo Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446).
