It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Gianfrancisco of Channahon, Illinois, who passed away on May 28, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Thomas shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Thomas farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Gianfrancisco and Cissy Gianfrancisco (Manley); his children, Robert Gianfrancisco and Jody Gianfrancisco; and his stepson James H. Rovy.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen of Channahon; his daughter Jennifer Ditscheit (Mike) of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Nicholas Ditscheit (Taryn), Joseph Ditscheit (Faith), Ashley Satterlee (Steven) and Nicole Gianfrancisco; his siblings, Anthony Gianfrancisco (Lori Park) and Kathleen Lawhorn; and his daughter-in-law Peggy Wilson Gianfrancisco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
