He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise English (Peterson) and Howard Edward English; his former wife Margaret "Marge" English (Keca); his son Daniel English; and the parents of child, Howard and Louise.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Bill English (Susan), David English (Debbie), Jim Shields (Colette), Tom Shields (Sandy), Karen Parker (Steve), Kathy Beasley (Dan), Jean Kinsley (Dan), Laura Shields, Caroline Martin (Donny), Frances Jasper (Tom), Margie Webb and Mary Papandria (Tony); his brother Doug English (Jorgie); and his caregiver Tetyana. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
