She was predeceased by: her parents, Irby Lapington and Lucille Lapington; her daughter Julie Cutright; her husband John Conley; her sister Carol Bass; and her siblings-in-law, Julie Lapington, Ricki Lapington, Ron Sigler, Stan Leathers, Edgar Bass and Mick Harvey.

She is survived by: her son Stuart Conley (Sara Conley) of Fayetteville; her son-in-law Jerry Cutright of Charleston, Illinois; her granddaughters, Katie Diaz-Cutright (David Diaz) of Springfield, Illinois, Riley Cutright of Madison, Wisconsin and Emma Conley of Fayetteville; her siblings, James Lapington, Wayne Lapington, Janet Leathers, Judy Sigler and Steve (Karen Lapington); and her siblings-in-law, Lora Kay Harvey and Dick Conley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends.
