He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Haynes and Louis Haynes (Davis); and his brother Denny Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Haynes of Charleston; his children, Tammy Patterson (Mark) of Essexville, Benjamin Haynes Jr. (Denise) of Jacksonville, Sheri O'Neal (Tim) of Charleston, Dave Haynes (Angie) of Chesterton, Matt Bower (Alicia) of Charleston, Scott Bower (Cecilia) of Charleston and Libby Bower of Cape Coral, Florida; his siblings, Kenny Haynes of Wildwood, Missouri, Julie Sharp of Crown Point and Nancy Haynes of Texas; and his sister-in-law Sharon Haynes of Ellijay, Georgia.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
