It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brandy L. Foley of Charleston, Illinois, who passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Brandy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Brandy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her father Fred Remlinger, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Stacy Potter (Patrick) of Jacksonville, Florida; her siblings, Lacy Kirkhart (Herman) of Jacksonville, Taylor Foley of Georgia, Claudia Potter of Paris, Bailey Potter of Paris and George Potter of Paris; and her uncles, Chris Foley (Jennifer) of Paris and Danny Potter (Ellen Pardi) of Paris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
