She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Boyer and Helen Boyer (Trimble); her husband Donald D. Howie Sr.; her daughter Robin Cassiday; her grandson Justin Howie; and her son-in-law Gary Cassiday.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Howie Jr. (Clara) of Charleston, Sam Howie (Daniele) of Brookston and Tim Howie (Maria) of Charleston, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Matt Howie (Nichole) of Charleston, Jeff Cassiday of Neoga, Josh Cassiday of Ashmore, Jamie Cassiday (Angie) of Westfield, Dustin Howie (Melissa) of Brookston, Natalie Howie of Brookston and Chris Howie of Charleston, Illinois. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
