He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Anderson; and his parents, Jack Conway and Vivian Conway (Pryor). He is survived by: his children, Daylea Ethridge (Michael) of Charleston and Craig Waller (Sierra) of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; his grandchildren, Oliver Ethridge, Owen Ethridge and Dash Waller; and his siblings, Terry Conway of Litchfield and Teena Alterogt of Ohlman, Illinois..
