It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn J. Kemp of Charleston, Illinois, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Irby and Hazel Irby (Warren); her sons, Lester McGinness and Larry McGinness; and her brother Richard Irby (Retha). She is also survived by three grandsons; five great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials in her honor may be made to the American Cancer Society and left at the service or mailed to Adams Funeral Chapel, 2330 Shawnee Drive, Charleston, IL 61920.
