He is survived by: his wife Laurie Kallick; his daughters, Rebecca Golden (Marvin) of Charleston and Jennifer Quintas-Smith (Doug) of Aurora, IL; his grandchildren, Ashlee Carter (JR), Cody Hayes (Courtney), Christopher Quintas, Alexa Quintas and Nicholas Quintas; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Fuller, Gunner Hayes and Braxton Hayes.
