She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mino and Josephine Cougill (Cohoon); her husband Gary Lynn Barr; and her nephew Dale Brent II. She is survived by: her children, Kari Nutt (Andrew) of Bettendorf, IA and Kirby Barr (Katie) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Kelly Barr (Alyssa), Gunner Barr, Emily Mirabito (Nick) and Kayla Nutt; and her siblings, Jerry Cougill (Kay) of Elkhart, IN, Steve Cougill (Pam) of Charleston and Janet Cougill McCullough (Brent) of Charleston.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Chapel (2330 Shawnee Dr, Charleston, IL 61920). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
