He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Goodwin and Marjorie Janney Goodwin; and his brothers, Lee Goodwin and David Goodwin. He is survived by : his wife Rita Pine Goodwin; his son William Goodwin of Charleston; and his siblings, Eva Jane Chilton of Marshall and Keith Goodwin of Martinsville.
