He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Cobb of Charleston, IL; his children, Brannen Carter (Rachel) of Elgin, OR, Christy Turner (Luke) of Mattoon, IL and Kelly Hardy (Mike) of Charleston, IL; his grandchildren, Shelby Carter, Joseph Alcorn, Lauren Turner, Caleb Hardy, Evan Hardy and Clara Turner; his great grandchildren, Theo Carter, Emma Carter and Derek Carter; his siblings, Bill Cobb (Sheila) of Humboldt, IL, Karen Pugh (David) of Arcola, IL and Shirley Beck (Ralph) of Mattoon, IL; and his sister-in-law Joan Cobb of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
