He is survived by: his children, Landon Scism of Wilmington, NC, Bruce Scism (Beth) of Hendersonville, TN and Pamela Zachay (Mike) of Tolono, IL.; and his grandchildren, Taylor Scism (Jennifer), Jaclyn Freezeland (Tad), Joel Shute (Laura), Nathaniel Garcier (Ruby), Jessica Garcier (Ernesto Ramos), Elliot McMillan and Maddie Meadows (McMillan). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
