She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Parrotte and Faye Parrotte (Hodges); her husband Reginald Fulks; and her sisters, Faye Rawson, Mary Stull and Carolyn Bowers.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Fulks (Susan) of Chatham, Rick Fulks (Ronda) of Chatham and René Surratt (Mike Ruyle) of Chatham; and her grandsons, Brent (Sara), Corey (Shelagh), Tyler (Dana) and Jake (Emily).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Williamson Funeral Home (1405 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650).
Memorials are suggested to the Mia Ware Foundation for Cancer Research and Education.
