She is survived by: her children, Connie Jackson (Jeff) of Chatham and Rick Creasey (Penny) of Avon Park, FL; and her grandchildren, Richard, Chardè Creasey and Lacey Yazell (Eric Smith). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
