He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Holquist and Elaine Holquist (O'Conner); and his sisters, Ellen Mitchell and Teri O'Conner Pitts. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Musick; his stepchildren, Chris Musick of Ocala, FL and Brittany Dickson (Brett) of Glenarm; his grandchildren, Ellie, Kaylie and Matthew Dickson; and his pets, Jimmy and Cricket. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
