She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roland Eugene Hawk and Alice June Patton; her sisters, Sue Ridgley (Dwight "Dyke") of Decatur and Dr. Patricia Schechter (Robert) of Atascadero, CA; her siblings' children, Naomi Schechter Waak (Chance) of Atascadero, CA, Dr. Aaron Schechter (Carrie) of Atascadero, CA, Joseph Schechter (Briana) of Bakersfield, CA and David Schechter (Cynthia) of Niwot, CO; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac, Eva Schechter, Abigail, Evan, Amelia Schechter, Wyatt, Nolan, Drake Waak, Judah and Liam Schechter; and her stepmother Addalein C. Beaver Hawk. She was also cherished by several cousins; and many close friends and neighbors.
