It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Powers of Chatham, Illinois, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Collins and Helen Collins (Mattingly). She is survived by: her husband Jim Powers of Chatham; her daughter Alison Storm (Jim) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Hailey and James Storm of Springfield; her siblings, Jerry Collins (Terri) of Martinsville, IN and Kim Bortz (Marty) of Cicero, IN; her pet Fiona; and her horse Indigo. She is also survived by one niece; two nephews.
