She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Wesley and Alice Lucile Smith (Ontis); her brother Roger Smith; and her daughter Sue Ann Mellinthin. She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her children, Linda Wilson (Danny) of Ft. Myers, FL, Amber Meek of Glenarm, IL and Thomas Landers (Tricia) of Bryan, TX; and her stepsons, Thomas Lilly of Springfield, IL and Sean Lilly (Tara) of Murphysboro, IL.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Butler Funeral Home-Chatham (8855 State Rte 4, Chatham, IL 62629). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
