With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lane Cagle of Chatham, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Earle; his brothers, Ronnie and David; and his brother-in-law Don Williams. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Douglas L. Cagle (Kim); his daughter-in-law Terri Lessen Cagle; his grandchildren, Dena Pope (Tim), Jeremy Cagle (Chrissy), Jillian Cagle (Cody Johnson), Bryan Cagle, Magon Germscheid (Damian) and Ryan Mills (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Ava, Jase Pope, Emma, Grace Cagle, Kinsley, Carter Mayberry, Sarah, Joseph, Abigail, Russell Germscheid, Olivia, Charlie and Ben Mills; his family Scott Ostermeier; and his children, Andrew (Willow) and Quinn.
