He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Strode and Helen Strode (Kemper). He is survived by: his siblings, Harry Strode of Chatham, Bonnie Woods of Chatham and Patricia Jacobs of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
