She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin H. Canaday and Betty J. Canaday (Foster); and her sister Sandy England. She is survived by: her husband Frank Sklenka of Chatham; her sons, Dennis Sklenka (Travis Henke) of Springfield and Brad Sklenka (Kara) of College Grove, TN; and her grandchildren, Sam and Sawyer Sklenka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
