She is survived by: her husband Frank Sklenka of Chatham; her sons, Dennis Sklenka (Travis Henke) of Springfield and Brad Sklenka (Kara) of College Grove, TN; and her grandchildren, Sam and Sawyer Sklenka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
