She was predeceased by: her parents, William Driver and Barbara Driver (Creasey). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lackey of Chatham; her children, Amber Farnsworth (Mark) of Auburn, Marissa Earley (Brian) of Auburn and Aaron Matrisch (Rachel) of Virden; her grandchildren, Alex, Brayden, McKenna Farnsworth, Cameron, Mallory Meisenheimer, Avery, Kadie and Izzy Earley; and her sister Marilyn Moore (Jeff) of McMinnville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
