It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reginald E. Fulks of Chatham, Illinois, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Fulks and Opal Elliott Fulks; his wife Barbara Parrotte; his children, Randall Fulks (Susan) of Chatham, Richmond "Rick" Fulks (Ronda) of Chatham and Rene Surratt (Mike Ruyle) of Chatham; and his grandsons, Brent Surratt, Corey Surratt, Dr. Tyler Fulks (Dana Crosby) and Jacob Fulks.
