He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Duke and Alice Duke (Works); and his brother John Duke. He is survived by: his wife Jean Duke of Chatham; his children, Pam Cox (Aaron) of Chatham and Michael Duke (Karen) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Megan Cox, Connor, Cooper and Cannon Duke.
