He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Kuntz and H. Jeanette Kuntz (Weddle); and his sisters, Jacqueline Ann Kuntz and Cheryl Lynn Kuntz. He is survived by: his wife Christy; his children, Meghan Hillebrandt (Aaron) and Bradley Kuntz (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Jackson, William Hillebrandt, Hannah, Haley and Brody Kuntz; his sister Linda Kotowski (Larry); and his pet Sampson.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to: St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing Scholarship Fund- Peoria, Illinois, or Chatham Community Football League.
