He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Talbert and Carol J. Talbert (Snow); and his wife Sherri L. Bell. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Talbert of Madison, WI; his pet Sophie; his siblings, Sue Ann Hoffman (David) of Lebanon, PA, Michael Talbert (Sally) of Bloomington, IL and Kevin; and his sister-in-law Diane Bell of Chatham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
