He is survived by: his children, Todd Wilkins (Stacy) of Dayton, OH, Timothy Jr. Wilkins (Rachel) of Washington, IL, Theodore Wilkins (Nita) of Peoria, IL and Theresa McMurray (Scott) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Elora, Aurelia, Toren, Walker, Lyla, Maisy, Jaedon, Payton and Marcus; and his siblings, Douglas Jr. Wilkins (Betty) and Michelle Ferris (Thomas). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
