She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Foreman and Eunice Potts Foreman; her spouse Francis "Toddy" Bukowski; her daughter Donna Jean Bukowski; and her siblings, Glen Foreman, Marvin Foreman, Kenneth Foreman and Margaret Werner.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Bukowski (Jan) of Kankakee and Tim Bukowski (Brenda) of Manteno. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
