He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Schieler and Grace Howland Schieler. He is survived by: his sons, Brian C. Schieler (Wendy) of Richmond Hill, GA and Christopher J. Schieler (Karen) of Heyworth, IL; and his sister Carol Foster of Pontiac, IL.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Chenoa Baptist Church.
