She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Wallis and Ynema Mae Wallis (Finney); her parents-in-law, Ray and Rosie Maurer; her brother-in-law Todd Bickett; her nephew Zeph Bickett; her children, Erica Maurer of Chenoa, Devan Maurer of Bloomington, Paul Frizzell (Mackenzie) of LeRoy and Jennifer Kohlenberg (Corey) of Bloomington; her siblings, Gail Smith (Ronny) of Pampa, TX, Chuck Wallis of Benton, KY, Brent Thomas (Sue) of Belvidere, IL and Brenda Bickett of Brookston, IN; and her close friend Julie Fosdick. She was also cherished by Three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cremation Services Have Been Accorded.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to one of Dee's passions, First Baptist Church of Fairbury, VBS (Vacation Bible School).
