He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, James Peters (Jennifer) of Davenport, IA, Ryan Boring (Ashley) of Forrest, IL, Nicholas Boring (Hayley) of Ellsworth, IL, Shelbie Riley (James) of Chenoa, IL and Jamie Schumpert (Jimmy); and his siblings, Bill Peters (Jean) and Sue Schumpert (Eugene) of Davenport, IA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, nieces and nephews.
