She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lambert and Helen Lambert (Tholen); and her husband Tom. She is survived by: her siblings, Butch Lambert and Barb Coyne; her children, Joseph Krones (Dawn Handzus) of Bloomington, IL, Kevin Krones (Lisa) of Gridley, IL, Mark Krones (Kathleen) of Carterville, IL and Julie Krones of Chenoa, IL; and her sisters, Betty Krones of Oklahoma, Marcella "Sal" Krones of Kansas, Shirley Langellier of Illinois, Carol Hanlon (John) of Illinois, Sandy Curtis (Kenny) of Kentucky, Sharon Wilson (Dave) of Arizona and Linda Lambert-Hensen of Arizona. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (225 W Owsley St, Chenoa, IL 61726).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Chenoa Food Pantry.
