He was predeceased by: his parents, Meral Bailey and Bernice Bailey (Watson); and his siblings, Vernon, Lee, Kenny and Retha.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Shayna Foley (Tim), Sara Bailey and Ryan Bailey; his grandchildren, Meghan Foley, Jacob Foley, Tyler Foley and Layne Fox; his great grandchild Maleah Failla; his sister Judy Neumann; his sisters-in-law, Carol Bailey and Lorraine Halderson; his close friends, Pat, Donny Rasmussen and Charlie; and his caregiver Lisa C.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dick's name to OSF Hospice, 9951 Rock Cut Crossing, Loves Park, IL 61111.
