He is survived by: his wife Cindy Gorham; his son Tyler (Sam); his grandson Henry William; his sisters, Karen Morris (Bob) and Barbara Leenstra (Ken); his mother-in-law Darlene Streit; his sister-in-law Cindy Gorham; and his pet Otis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, wonderful friends.
